The 11th annual CHRIC Classic Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, August 29 at the Chautauqua Golf Club, offering a day of activities that also helps support families with low to moderate incomes in the region. Attendees can enjoy 18 holes on the Lake Course while supporting a meaningful cause.
Registration starts at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. shotgun start at the Lake Course. The event features a range of games, from Close to the Pin to Longest Drive for men and women, Longest Putt, and the Par 3 Challenge. These games are designed to appeal to all skill levels and ensure a fun experience for every golfer.
The tournament raises funds to support CHRIC’s work in enhancing living conditions for those in need. Donations help with home repair projects and accessibility upgrades for seniors, veterans, and low-income families. The cost to take part is $95 per person or $380 for a group of four, including 18 holes of golf, cart, and a luncheon. After the tournament, participants can take part in an awards reception, enjoy raffles, and share a meal at the Chautauqua Golf Club.
For almost half a century, CHRIC has focused on providing affordable housing and better living conditions in Chautauqua County. As a NeighborWorks-chartered organization, CHRIC leads efforts to strengthen communities and create housing opportunities for people with low and moderate incomes.
