An RTX 5060 Ti narrowly avoided being destroyed after being bent in half during a serious car crash. After a closer look, Zhang identified the issue: the memory module located nearest to the bend had lost connection and needed to be resoldered.

Following the resoldering of the memory module, Zhang conducted a series of benchmark tests to ensure the card was fully functional. In Furmark stress testing, the GPU reached a peak temperature of 64°C and showed no visual artifacts, confirming its stability. During a full 3DMark loop test, the card maintained a high level of performance, achieving a 98.9% stability score. It also used around 92% of its maximum power limit, indicating it was operating at near-optimal capacity.

Ultimately, the 5060 Ti proved its durability by surviving a major crash and returning to full performance. Brother Zhang’s repair work restored the card to working condition, offering an uncommon example of a midrange GPU enduring extreme physical damage and still being salvaged. Such repairs are rare due to the high costs and difficulty of reworking components like these, making this success even more impressive.
