iQOO Z11 Set to Debut in India After CEO Confirmation
Recent reports about the iQOO Z11 entering the Indian market have now gained validity after the brand’s CEO, Nipun Marya, hinted at its arrival. A social media post by Marya confirmed the speculation and sparked further interest among smartphone enthusiasts.
Marya shared an acrostic message on X where each line’s first letter spelled out the name of the new smartphone. The post read, 'DO NOT READ THE FIRST LETTER OF EVERY LINE,' followed by seven lines starting with Z, E, L, E, V, E, and N. The hidden message was clearly meant to highlight the upcoming Z11.
The CEO emphasized that the smartphone was in the final stages of preparation, stating, 'Launch mode is officially on,' and noted that the Z11 would be 'very relevant.' Despite not sharing a specific timeline, an earlier media report predicted a launch in India this month.
According to the report, the Indian Z11 will come with a 3D curved display and be powered by the Dimensity 7500 Turbo chip. This is distinct from the models available in China and Malaysia, which are equipped with the Dimensity 8500 and Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, respectively.
The announcement contradicts previous claims that only the Z11 Lite would reach India this year, with other models like the iQOO 16 supposedly removed from the market. This new development suggests the Z11 will indeed be offered in the country.
Although iQOO has not yet revealed official details about the phone’s specifications or pricing, the teaser has clearly signaled that the Z11 is a major upcoming release. Fans are now eagerly waiting to learn more about the features and launch date.
