With the Pixel Watch 5 set to launch on August 12, the wait is almost over. Thanks to a fresh leak from Evan Blass on X, the two size options of the smartwatch — 41mm and 45mm — are now on display side by side. These latest leaked images offer the clearest look so far and help build anticipation for the wearable’s official unveiling.

According to the leak, the 41mm model on the left will come in Dark Anthracite, a color option previously tied to Google’s other devices. On the right, the 45mm variant is expected to sport the Pyrite colorway. Both sizes will also be available in Silver, while the smaller 41mm model gets an extra Gold finish option for those looking for a bit more luxury.

One of the standout details from the leak is the return of the side-mounted charging port. This design, reminiscent of the Pixel Watch 4, marks a step back from the more recent models but could be well-received by users who prefer a physical port. However, the absence of wireless charging remains a point of disappointment for many, as it seems to have been left out for now.

Google appears to have already started subtly promoting the Pixel Watch 5, as it has been spotted in the Google Health app. This early appearance suggests the company is confident in its upcoming product and eager to get it in the hands of consumers. The August 12 event promises to be a big one, also featuring the launch of the Pixel 11 series.

Though the design and features of the Pixel Watch 5 look promising, the anticipated price hike remains a concern. The new smartwatch is expected to cost $50 more than the previous model. With the rising prices of tech gadgets, this increase is becoming more common — and in many ways, it feels like a natural part of the landscape in 2026.
