Aperam, a leading international manufacturer of stainless and electrical steel, has disclosed a recent share transaction conducted by one of its designated individuals. The complete details of the transaction are available in the electronic database OAM, managed by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The disclosure aligns with Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Under this law, firms must report such trades to the appropriate exchanges and provide access to the data for investors. In addition to the OAM platform, Aperam has posted the notification on its official website, specifically in the Investors section under the Managers’ Transactions tab.

Aperam operates through four core business segments: Stainless & Electrical Steel, Services & Solutions, Alloys & Specialties, and Recycling & Renewables. It maintains a global footprint, serving clients across more than 40 countries. The company’s production infrastructure includes facilities in Brazil, Belgium, France, the United States, India, and China, supporting its international presence.
