According to The Standard (HK), the drill was coordinated by the New Territories South Regional Headquarters of the Hong Kong Police Force. It included participation from the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, as well as the Fire Services Department and the Hong Kong Association for Conflict and Catastrophe Medicine.
Simulating complex security threats
The scenario simulated potential security breaches and terrorist attacks during a mock summit.
