What this site does not do

Tradingbird sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and embeds no third-party services. Fonts, scripts and images are delivered from this domain only.

Server logs

When you open a page, the web server (hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Germany) records the requested address, date and time, HTTP status, transferred bytes, the browser identification and the IP address. These logs serve to operate the site securely and to detect abuse (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). They are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days. They are not merged with other data.

Live page updates

Overview pages check once a minute for a small status file on this domain to refresh their content. This request contains no personal data beyond the standard server log entry.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we store your message to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) b and f GDPR) and delete it once the matter is closed, unless legal retention duties apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority; competent for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden.

Internal areas

The editorial dashboard and the database view are password-protected internal tools and not part of the public offer.
