Treasury Expansion Drives Equity Value

Strategy purchased 950 Bitcoin for $75.7 million between September 14 and 20. This acquisition brings its total holdings to 846,000 coins, representing four percent of maximum supply.

The company’s average acquisition cost stands at $75,416 per coin. With prices now above $85,000, the unrealized gains support the equity valuation significantly.

Ethereum Holdings Reach Critical Threshold

BitMine reported holding 5,983,940 Ethereum tokens on Monday. This position constitutes 4.9 percent of the total 122.1 million token supply.

The firm also maintains $714 million in cash and marketable securities. Over 5.06 million ETH is currently staked to generate additional yield income.

Regulatory Shifts Support Tokenization Growth

The SEC introduced an innovation exemption for tokenized U.S. securities. This rule allows venues to operate without full exchange registration for five years.

FXLeaders notes that this development benefits platforms like Robinhood expanding into tokenized assets. However, the Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act, leaving some regulatory uncertainty unresolved.
