REX Launches 2x Leveraged ETF on Strive

A new exchange-traded fund offers traders direct, leveraged exposure to a major Bitcoin treasury company.
REX Shares launched a new exchange-traded fund designed to deliver 200% of the daily performance of Strive. The product began trading on Cboe on Friday under the ticker ASSX. This fund provides a leveraged way to bet on a publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company.
The strategy differs from spot Bitcoin ETFs because it does not hold the digital asset. Instead, the vehicle tracks the share price of Strive. Daily resets mean that returns over longer periods may diverge significantly from the underlying stock performance.
Strive Holds Significant Bitcoin Position
Strive currently holds 25,000 Bitcoin. This makes it the fifth-largest corporate holder among public companies. Data from BitcoinTreasuries.NET confirms this ranking in the current market landscape.
The company financed its latest purchase of 469 Bitcoin through equity sales. It used its perpetual preferred stock, SATA, to raise the necessary capital. This method allows the firm to expand its holdings without traditional debt structures.
Market Reaction To New Fund
Strive shares rose 6.4% on Friday. The stock closed at $30.09 per share. This price sits slightly above the average 12-month target set by analysts. Those targets are tracked by S&P Global.
Cointelegraph reported that REX and Tuttle Capital Management also offer similar 2x ETFs. These other funds are linked to companies like Strategy and Circle. The new ASSX fund joins a growing lineup of leveraged products in the sector.
