The weekly growth rate slowed to 0.16% from 0.20% the prior week. This is the first sub-0.2% increase since May 2025. Only two more weekly gains are needed to break the 85-week record.
Cumulative Gains Far Exceed Prior Records
Current price increases are more than double the pace of the previous record. The 84-week rise totals 17.34%, compared to 7.71% during the prior record period.

Average Unit Price Hits New High
The average Seoul apartment price reached 1.6074 billion won last month. This represents a 25.67% increase from February 2025. The average unit price has risen by 328.3 million won in 18 months.
