A condominium at 363 East Wacker Drive sold for $2.4 million. The 3,500-square-foot unit was built in 2021. It includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The price per square foot was $686. A Chicago house at 2325 West Winnemac Avenue sold for $2.35 million. The 1,462-square-foot property was built in 1903. It has four bedrooms and one bathroom.
