Insiders Execute Five Sales

Insider activity indicates a consistent pattern of selling rather than buying. Over the past six months, five insiders have traded Paychex stock on the open market, with all transactions being sales and zero purchases. The largest transaction involved Martin Mucci, who sold 25,000 shares for an estimated $2.75 million. Other executives, including Joseph M. Tucci and Christopher C. Simmons, also reduced their holdings, with individual sales ranging from $303,130 to $383,862.

Institutional Holdings Show Mixed Trends

The sole purchase was made by Representative Gilbert Ray Cisneros Jr., who bought up to $15,000 worth of shares in April. Senator Alan Armstrong and Representative Rick Larsen also recorded sales of $15,000 each during this period.
