Curtiss-Wright Raises Quarterly Dividend to $0.26 per Share

The aerospace supplier announced an 8.3% increase in its quarterly payout, maintaining a low payout ratio against recent earnings beats.
Curtiss-Wright Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, marking an 8.3% increase from the previous payout of $0.24. The record date is set for September 25, with payments due to shareholders on October 9. This adjustment reflects the company's continued commitment to returning capital to investors while maintaining a conservative financial posture.
The move extends an eight-year streak of annual dividend increases. With a current payout ratio of 7.7%, the company retains significant earnings for operational reinvestment. Analysts project the business to sustain this trajectory, estimating that future earnings will cover the annualized $1.04 dividend with a projected payout ratio of just 6.1%.
Recent Earnings Beat Consensus Estimates
The dividend decision follows a strong quarterly performance reported on August 6. Curtiss-Wright generated $924.01 million in revenue, a 5.4% year-over-year increase, though slightly below the $926.17 million analyst consensus. Earnings per share reached $3.72, exceeding the $3.62 estimate by $0.10. The company achieved a net margin of 14.81% and a return on equity of 20.49% during the period.
