Spark Signs Digital Marketing Deal After Gallium Findings

Spark Energy Minerals has engaged a Cayman-based agency to amplify its exploration results at the Arapaima project in Brazil, following consistent gallium and rare earth detections across two distinct sites.
Spark Energy Minerals Inc. (CSE: SPRK) has executed a five-month digital marketing agreement with X Media Inc. SEZC to expand investor outreach for its Arapaima Project. The move follows the company’s recent reporting of consistent gallium and rare earth mineralization at two separate sites, Cruzeta and Boa Vista, located 7 to 8 kilometers apart within the 91,900-hectare concession in Brazil’s Lithium Valley.
The primary objective of the contract is to broaden the audience for the exploration progress disclosed in late August. Spark aims to leverage paid digital advertising, investor email campaigns, and landing page development to drive awareness of the project’s geological potential among the investment community.
Drilling Data Shows Consistent Mineralization
The company has reported gallium and rare earth mineralization in all 33 reverse circulation drill holes disclosed to date across the two target zones. Of the 42 holes completed across the entire Arapaima property, results for nine remain pending. This consistency supports the company’s claim of distinct but related mineralization systems in the region.
A highlight of the recent data is a project-record individual assay of 114.3 g/t gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃) over a 2-meter interval from surface in hole ARA-RC-007 at Boa Vista. All five initial holes at this site returned gallium mineralization from the surface, with rare earth mineralization identified below. The company notes that these are individual in-situ assays rather than composites, and true widths remain unknown.
Marketing Contract Details And Costs
Under the agreement signed on September 4, 2026, X Media will provide services from September 10, 2026, to February 10, 2027. The total cost is US$300,000, structured as an initial payment of US$100,000 upon execution followed by four monthly installments of US$50,000. No shares, options, or other securities are to be issued as compensation, preserving the company’s capital structure.
X Media is identified as an arm’s length party with no prior relationship to Spark. The agency is based in the Cayman Islands and will handle article distribution, social media management, and search retargeting. The company states that neither the agency nor its principals hold securities in Spark, ensuring no conflict of interest in the promotional efforts.
Exploration Stage Status And Limitations
Despite the positive assay results, Arapaima remains an exploration-stage property with no estimated mineral resource or reserve. Metallurgical recovery rates and economic viability have not yet been established. The high-grade values reported are individual intervals and do not necessarily represent the broader deposit or establish continuity between the Cruzeta and Boa Vista targets.
Investors are advised to refer to the company’s original news releases for complete sampling and analytical procedures, including QA/QC data. The current marketing push is a strategic step to increase visibility, but the geological interpretation and economic feasibility of the project remain under active evaluation by the exploration team.
