Per data from GN stocks/chips citing Bank of America, memory and semiconductor equipment stocks posted the largest monthly ownership gains, with the memory group adding 612 basis points. Sandisk emerged as the standout individual gainer, seeing its fund ownership surge by 897 basis points to reach 24%.
