Florida Mandates AI Rules for K-12 and College Classrooms

Florida’s Board of Education has approved new requirements that dictate how artificial intelligence can be integrated into K-12 public and charter schools. The decision mandates that every district establish specific rules for AI usage, which must be formally included in their existing internet safety policies. The new regulations are designed to balance educational innovation with strict safeguards for student welfare.
