Poco has begun selling the X8 Power in India, marking the local arrival of a device designed to prioritize endurance over raw processing power. The phone centers on a 10,000mAh battery, a capacity that significantly exceeds the standards seen in most mid-range smartphones. According to GSMArena, this battery size is the primary differentiator for the model, allowing users to potentially skip daily charging routines.
Priced at 35,999 rupees (approximately $375) for the 128GB version and 38,999 rupees (approximately $410) for the 256GB variant, the device targets buyers who value long battery life and display quality. The phone is available in Black and Yellow finishes, offering a distinct visual identity within Poco's lineup. This positioning suggests a trade-off, where the massive power cell likely contributes to a thicker chassis and heavier weight compared to slimmer competitors.
