US 10-year Treasury yields declined, signaling a potential shift in bond market dynamics. This move coincides with a broad correction in equity indices and a drop in crude oil prices.

US 10-year Treasury yields fell, breaking a recent upward trajectory. This decline creates an immediate risk of a corrective drop in bond prices. Traders are watching for a break in support levels to confirm the new trend.

German government yields also decreased, though downside room is limited. The broader outlook for European debt remains bullish despite the short-term dip. These moves align with a wider pullback in global risk assets.

Equity Markets Face Downside Pressure

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is vulnerable below the 53,000 level. A break below 52,000 opens the path for a decline toward 51,000. The DAX needs to clear 26,000 to target the 26,250 to 26,500 range.

Asian markets show weakness, with the Nikkei 225 facing downside risk below 65,000. Potential targets for the Japanese index include 63,000 and 62,000. The Shanghai Composite is expected to remain range-bound between 3,850 and 3,950.

Commodities React to Supply Shifts

Brent and WTI crude oil prices fell sharply as Middle East supply disruptions eased. Brent could test the $100 to $98 range, while WTI may drop to $95 to $90. Gold prices bounced back, targeting $4,500 to $4,600 if the $4,300 level holds.

Silver is positioned to rise toward $68 to $70 above the $63 support. Copper remains positive with potential to test $6.80 to $6.85. Natural gas is likely to stay within the $2.80 to $3.00 band.

Currency Movements and Intervention

The US Dollar index remains stable while the Euro pauses above 1.1450. USDINR dropped sharply from 96.0925 on signs of Reserve Bank of India intervention. If the dip sustains, the pair may fall toward 95.50.

USDJPY and EURJPY pairs look bullish from current levels. The Australian Dollar is bullish toward 0.7273. The British Pound could see an initial decline toward 1.33 or lower in the coming sessions.
