Simultaneously, the two firms signed a five-year commercial agreement to deepen their strategic partnership. This deal expands Binance’s integration of Circle’s USDC stablecoin across its global platform.
Investment Terms and Share Restrictions

Expanding USDC Reach in Emerging Markets
The agreement focuses on increasing USDC availability in regions with limited dollar access. Binance will promote and integrate the stablecoin across its user base.
Circle will provide the necessary infrastructure for holding and using the digital currency. This infrastructure supports payments, savings, and cross-border financial activity.
Binance serves more than 300 million users across over 100 countries. Its platform includes trading, payments, and institutional financial services.
Broader Infrastructure and Strategic Alignment
The relationship extends beyond USDC to Circle’s broader blockchain and payments infrastructure. This includes the Circle Payments Network and the Arc enterprise blockchain.
