Groupe Dynamite reported Q2 FY26 revenue growth of 29.8% and raised its full-year guidance, citing improved unit economics and the lapping of prior-year tariff costs.

Groupe Dynamite Inc. reported a 29.8% increase in second-quarter revenue to $423.6 million for the period ended August 1, 2026. The company attributed this growth to a 10.3% rise in comparable store sales, a metric that reached 12.3% when adjusted for constant currency. This performance built upon a two-year comparable stack of 38.9%, an acceleration from the 35.6% recorded in the first quarter of fiscal 2026.

Profitability metrics improved significantly as the company lapped the impact of previous tariff disruptions. Gross margin expanded by 520 basis points to 68.8%, driven by logistics efficiencies from the U.S. distribution center. Adjusted EBITDA margin reached 44.3%, the highest level since the company began reporting under IFRS, while adjusted diluted earnings per share grew by 68.7%.

Store Network Expansion and Productivity

The company opened seven new GARAGE stores during the quarter, with six locations in the United States and one in the United Kingdom. All new sites were secured in investment-grade locations. Retail sales per square foot for the chain increased by 28.9% to $1,056, indicating improved productivity across the existing fleet. The company also expanded its international reach by adding shipping capabilities to nine additional countries.

Management noted that the luxury-inspired operating model allowed for rapid in-season adjustments to assortments. This agility enabled the company to respond to customer demand quickly, reinforcing brand connection and supporting the observed increase in sales per square foot. The infrastructure supporting this growth, particularly the U.S. distribution center, continued to deliver greater efficiency as the company scaled its operations.

Fiscal 2026 Guidance Revision

Based on the second-quarter performance, Groupe Dynamite raised its full-year fiscal 2026 guidance. The company now projects comparable store sales growth between 12% and 14%, an increase from previous estimates. Total revenue growth is now expected to fall within the range of 25% to 27%.

The adjusted EBITDA margin guidance was also lifted to a range of 39.5% to 40.5%. These revisions reflect the company’s strengthened unit economics and disciplined inventory management. The update underscores the continued strengthening of the business model as the company scales its global footprint.
