The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approved the fourth supplement to the tender offer document on September 16, 2026. This approval follows S-Bank's announcement on September 15 that it had obtained all required regulatory clearances. The tender offer document was originally published on July 16, 2026, with prior supplements issued in August and early September.
The offer period for Oma Savings Bank shareholders begins on July 17, 2026, and is scheduled to expire on September 25, 2026, unless extended or discontinued according to the offer terms. S-Bank, a well-capitalized bank within the S Group, initiated the acquisition process on July 9, 2026. The move allows S-Bank to consolidate its position in the Finnish retail banking sector, leveraging its existing network of over 3.4 million customers. The transaction is subject to the standard conditions outlined in the tender offer document, which remains accessible to shareholders through official channels.
