TEN Holdings authorizes a $2 million share repurchase program and a strategic engineering alliance with GLSoft to expand its technology platform.

TEN Holdings, a Nasdaq-listed provider of enterprise webcast technology, has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $2 million. The company simultaneously approved a strategic engineering relationship with GLSoft Corp to bolster its product development capabilities.

The board of directors terminated the previous buyback arrangement administered by Bancroft Capital to implement this new framework. Management states the move aims to allocate capital more efficiently while maintaining liquidity for ongoing technology investments.

Capital Allocation Strategy Shift

The new program permits the company to buy back outstanding common stock through December 31, 2026. Repurchases may occur via open-market or private transactions, subject to market conditions and securities regulations. The authorization does not mandate a specific volume of shares, allowing the firm to pause or modify the initiative as needed.

CEO Virgilio Torres emphasized that the company prioritizes disciplined capital management following earlier balance sheet improvements. The buyback serves as an opportunistic tool, ensuring that funds are deployed only when they represent an attractive use of capital relative to growth investments.

GLSoft Engineering Partnership

TEN Holdings is leveraging GLSoft’s software development resources to expand its platform beyond basic virtual events. The partnership grants access to engineering, technical support, and integration capabilities without committing to specific projects or minimum expenditures. This flexibility allows management to pursue initiatives such as AI integration and automation on a case-by-case basis.

Platform Scalability Goals

The strategic alignment with GLSoft supports the company's broader objective to build a more scalable technology infrastructure. By accessing external engineering talent, TEN Holdings aims to accelerate product development and broaden its addressable market. This approach complements the firm's existing strategy to enhance analytics and platform functionality for enterprise clients.
