The Houston site is one of the first to launch its general construction track, with classes beginning in November. Other locations have already started their fiber technician programs, with the first cohorts graduating in August. The expansion of these sites reflects the growing scale of the AI infrastructure buildout and the urgent need for a distributed workforce capable of supporting it.

The construction of large-scale data centers often sparks local debate over environmental impact and community benefits.
