Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy VII Revelation will launch on the Nintendo Switch 2, a move that positions the title as a significant technical achievement for the handheld market. During a recent discussion at PAX West, director Naoki Hamaguchi explained that the team did not scale back their creative vision to accommodate the portable device's lower processing power. Instead, they relied on technical knowledge gained from porting previous entries in the series to ensure the experience remains consistent across all platforms.
