Integrity360 Launches 90-Person Identity Security Practice

Integrity360 has formed a dedicated identity unit with over 90 specialists to help clients secure access as AI and cloud expansion increase risks.
Key points
- Integrity360 has launched an identity practice staffed by over 90 specialists following the acquisition of CyberIAM.
- The new unit offers services ranging from access management to identity governance to secure systems against AI and cloud threats.
- The firm is expanding its European presence with new offices in Brussels and Paris to support its growing security portfolio.
Security firm Integrity360 has officially launched a dedicated identity services practice, bringing together more than 90 specialists to address growing concerns over digital access. This new unit was formed immediately following the company’s recent acquisition of CyberIAM, a move designed to consolidate expertise and respond to the rising complexity of modern security threats.
The creation of this practice is a direct response to the way attackers have evolved. As businesses adopt more cloud services and AI agents, the traditional perimeter defense is becoming less effective. The new team aims to provide comprehensive controls that determine exactly who and what can access critical business systems, reducing the risk of unauthorized entry through compromised credentials.
Securing access in an AI era
Brian Martin, director of product management at Integrity360, explains that modern threats often bypass traditional firewalls. Instead of breaking through external defenses, attackers increasingly target identity credentials to log in as legitimate users. This risk is amplified by the rapid introduction of new applications and automated AI agents, all of which require precise access controls to prevent data leaks.
The new practice offers a full lifecycle approach, starting with an initial assessment of a client’s current risk levels. From there, the team can assist with implementing specific technologies, recovering from stalled projects, or managing the environment long-term. This ensures that organizations are not just purchasing tools, but are also gaining the operational support needed to maintain secure access over time.
Combining specialist and broad security
Michael Ribaudo, CEO of CyberIAM, views this integration as a way to unify distinct capabilities. Clients of CyberIAM can now access Integrity360’s broader security portfolio, while Integrity360 customers gain deep, specialized knowledge in identity management. The goal is to embed identity security within the wider cyber defense strategy, rather than treating it as an isolated component.
Ribaudo emphasizes that identity does not exist in a vacuum. By embedding these services into existing security operations, the combined firm aims to create solutions that reflect how businesses actually operate. This approach addresses the catch that many organizations face: they often have strong network security but weak identity governance, leaving a critical gap that attackers can exploit.
Expansion through acquisition and presence
The acquisition of CyberIAM, which operates in the UK and South Africa, is part of a broader strategy of growth through mergers. Integrity360 has been active in the market, recently acquiring Advantus360 to expand into North America. This multi-regional approach allows the firm to offer consistent security standards across different jurisdictions.
According to Computer Weekly, the firm is also expanding its physical footprint in Europe, with plans to open new locations in Brussels and Paris in 2026. These additions will join existing bases in Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, and Madrid. This geographic expansion supports the new identity practice by providing local expertise and presence in key markets.
