Nativo Resources has finalized a binding agreement with Chancery Royalty to secure financing for the completion and commissioning of its La Patona gold processing plant in Peru. The deal combines project debt and an equity issuance, with the facility slated for production in late 2027 to support the company's vertically integrated mining strategy.

  • According to new details from indexbox.io, the deal involves a $3.5 million project finance package drawn over seven months alongside a £600,000 equity injection that will grant Chancery Royalty an 8.7% stake and a tiered revenue share on gold output. The 70 t/d facility is expected to enter commissioning in the second half of 2027, with management noting that Phase 1 cash flow will fund future expansions up to 350 t/d.
