India has unveiled its first comprehensive counter-terrorism strategy, signaling a shift from reactive measures to preventive disruption in the face of evolving digital threats.
New Delhi has formally introduced its first unified National Counter-Terrorism Policy and Strategy, designated as PRAHAAR.
