Thales has officially launched HexaForce, a new digital command and control platform intended to streamline military operations across multiple domains. The system is designed to facilitate integration among allied forces, addressing the growing complexity of coalition-based missions where faster decision-making is critical in high-intensity conflict scenarios. According to the company, the platform serves as a sovereign solution, allowing armed forces to tailor data management and operational interfaces to specific mission requirements.

The company states that this AI engine aims to bolster operational intelligence by scaling data processing capabilities. The platform underwent testing during the NATO CWIX 2026 exercise, where it demonstrated its capacity to process targets in ongoing live trials. According to reports from the GN geopolitics/nato desk, the system moved from handling one hundred targets per day to one thousand, indicating a significant increase in processing power. Christophe Salomon, executive vice-president of Thales secure communications and information systems, noted that some armed forces require dedicated data platforms, while others need operational interfaces to link with allies.
Salomon emphasized that HexaForce provides a sovereign solution tailored to these diverse operational needs. He described the platform as setting a new benchmark for multi-domain command and control for NATO and allied nations. The system is specifically designed to support command needs for high-intensity operations involving more than one hundred thousand personnel, ensuring that digital infrastructure can withstand the pressures of modern conflict while maintaining secure communication channels.
