Flexibits has released version 4.2 of Fantastical, aligning the popular calendar app with the launch of iOS 17 and macOS Golden Gate. The update introduces direct integration with Apple’s Siri assistant, allowing users to manage their schedules through natural language commands rather than tapping through menus. According to 9to5Mac, this marks a significant shift in how third-party apps interact with the operating system’s core intelligence features.

The primary benefit for users is the ability to delegate routine scheduling tasks to the voice assistant. You can now ask Siri to check availability, create new events, or modify existing appointments directly within the Fantastical ecosystem.
