At a Norwegian-built camp in Poland, Western trainers are confronting a stark reality: Ukraine’s wartime speed of adaptation far outpaces the slower, bureaucratic rhythms of peacetime armies.
In a dense forest in eastern Poland, a temporary military base is serving as a testing ground for a significant shift in military doctrine.
