TrustPoint Orders 40 Satellites for Backup Navigation

TrustPoint has secured a contract with EnduroSat US to manufacture 40 new satellites. This move marks a significant shift from experimental testing to full-scale production, aiming to build a robust alternative to the Global Positioning System. Scaling production through established partners
Building a satellite constellation typically requires massive capital and long development cycles when a company attempts to vertically integrate its hardware. TrustPoint has chosen a different path by relying on an existing industrial base for satellite buses. This strategy allows them to focus their resources on the specific C-band navigation payload rather than the physical structure of the satellite.
