TJGC Group has appointed manufacturing veteran Kalvin Kwok to lead its new data-center hardware subsidiary, Tongjiang Group, a move that ties his acquisition of a 49% economic stake to securing the company's first binding purchase order for AI-focused components.
According to GN technics/hardware (en-US), the new unit will specifically handle the sourcing, trading, and assembly of high-performance components like DRAM, SSDs, and CPUs, with Mr. Kwok bringing over three decades of factory setup experience from his career starting in 1996.
